Winner – Vos Construction & Joinery Pty Ltd – Evolve Spirits Bar

Continuing their involvement with the MACq01 Hotel on Hobart’s waterfront, Vos Construction and Joinery have crafted a jewel of a fit-out within a small, stepped tenancy.  The intricacy of the geometry; the complexity of the design; the challenges of the specified materials; and the fragility and preciousness of the assembled artefacts have made this a truly challenging project to complete, with those challenges compounded by the difficulty in achieving site access and in accommodating the necessary plant and equipment in a confined space.  But completed it has been, on time and on budget, and to an exacting standard that is a credit to the builder and an exemplar of fit-out excellence.
