Jenna’s job is to advocate in the best interests of our members and the broader industry.
She also works with the Master Builders Tasmania team to continuously improve on the products and services we offer to our members.
When she is not pontificating the media or politics of the day, Jenna spends her time driving her son between sports grounds for soccer and the beach for surfing.

Tarni Hawkins
Executive Assistant
Tarni provides executive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer.
In her spare time…..who is she kidding, mum to four, she has no spare time!

Victoria Woodfall
Member Experience Manager
Victoria heads up the Membership Experience team. Affectionately known as the MEX team they are responsible for events, sponsorship, marketing & communications, membership and of course the Awards for Excellence.
She responds to Victoria, Vic, Tori, Toria but not Vicki.

Sophie Watson
Membership & Marketing Assistant
Sophie divides her time between the Executive and Communication teams.
When she’s not organising or managing socials, she’s outdoors or enjoying music (or both)!

John Eastwood
Industry Engagement and Growth Officer
John loves being on the road and meeting old and new members.

Jenny McLachlan
Membership Experience Officer
Jenny is the greatest all-rounder. She works on events, membership documents, sponsorship and association admin.
Jenny is the most excellent cook and if you are lucky enough to be in the Devonport office during a holiday event like Christmas, you may even be treated to some of her delicious treats!

Erin Thomson
Events Co-ordinator
Erin is the fun party person.
Her excellent organisational skills means we hold the best regional meetings, member forums, ministerial lunches and of course the Awards for Excellence program and party.

Jessie Fiddymont
Policy & Technical Manager
Jessie should have been a lawyer but lucky for us she prefers building & construction and knows all the rules and regulations.
She’s also a keen farmer of all the cute animals that end up on your plate.

Max Cullen
General Manager - Commercial
Max leads innovation, commercial growth, and future-focused programs at Master Builders Tasmania, supporting members through training, apprenticeships, and workforce development.
With a background in technology, strategy, and over 20 years in firefighting and emergency management, he brings a practical, community-focused approach to leadership. When Max isn’t working or volunteering, he is finding all the hottest fly fishing holes and spending time with his family.

Deb Angilley
HR / IR Manager
Deb is a small business expert providing advice in the Industrial Relations and Human Resource sectors to our members. What she doesn’t know, she makes it her job to find out.
She is also a very friendly face in our North West office.

Lincoln Richardson
MBT Apprentices Field Officer
Lincoln is always on the run looking after all the Apprentices and Host Employers in the North and North West.
He may look like a muso but no, the East Coast and the surf is his jam, that and his wonderful family.

Vicky Bird
MBT Apprentices Senior Field Officer
Vicky supports all our apprentices in the South and on the East Coast and believes the key to a successful relationship with her apprentices, is bringing Wombats on her site visits ?

Qualification Administrator
Holly co-ordinates all certificate courses such as Waterproofing, Cert IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma.

Bridget van de Kamp
Hi Vis Army Training Project Officer
Bridget co-ordinates our Hi Vis Army project, designed to increase participation in building and construction.
She is the perfect person for this role as she knows, or has worked with everyone in Tasmania.

Jack Birell
Hi Vis Army Training Project Officer
Jack is our Northern Hi Vis Army co-ordinator.
He is a licensed builder, architect and motor bike rider always on the look out for the good trails.

Marianne Rowland
Training Administrator
Marianne co-ordinates all short courses and keeps everyone in the office inline.
While she loves her job, her passion is her gorgeous grandson.
