These factors have arisen due to an increase in the volume of work that has been created in part by the various stimulus packages released by Govt to help reboot our economy and build our way out of COVID.

Master Builders Tasmania have heard your concerns and we have partnered with Simmons Wolfhagen to compile a “Guidance Note” available to MBT members on the Members page of this website outlining what members can and can’t do under a fixed price contract concerning price increases, extension of time etc. both for existing projects and for future work.
