Winner – Fairbrother Construction – St Helens District Hospital

It’s not every day that a builder gets to build a new hospital on a greenfield site.  When offered this opportunity however Fairbrother Construction have risen to the challenge.  Aside from managing the work of multiple trades working remotely from their usual areas of operation, and ensuring that extensive building services are appropriately accommodated within limited services voids, the project also incorporates a range of high quality materials, both inside and out, and these have been installed to a very high standard, making this a worthy winner in this category.
