NCC 2022 Livable Housing Provisions – North West

This training aims to equip participants with a thorough understanding of the NCC 2022 Livable Housing Provisions, their implications post-1 October 2024 in Tasmania, and practical insights into the proposed changes.

The training sessions will be covering the below training objectives:

• Review of the NCC 2022 Livable Housing Provisions and their application in Tasmania from 1 October 2024.
• Addressing the Livable Housing Design Standard 2022.
• Discuss the practical implications of the NCC 2022 provisions post-1 October 2024.
• Overview of the NCC 2025 Public Comment Draft, highlighting key changes and updates.
• Interactive question and answer session.

Training is delivered by Michael Plunkett. Michael brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified VET trainer, teaching Certificate IV and Diploma courses in Building and Construction. Michael is also an accredited NatHERS Assessor, utilising his extensive knowledge to educate the next generation of builders and construction professionals.
