This course is designed for professionals with intermediate to advanced contract experience who are involved in negotiations, contract management, or dispute resolution. Participants will gain strategies to plan, conduct, and resolve negotiations effectively by exploring communication styles, persuasion techniques, conflict management, and real-world negotiation practice.
