CPC31420 – Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing

This nationally recognised qualification provides the skills and knowledge required to apply waterproofing to internal and external wet areas in residential and commercial construction. The course focuses on preventing moisture damage and ensuring compliance with building regulations and Australian Standards.

CPC40120 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

The Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals looking to become licenced builders, site supervisors, or construction managers. It provides the knowledge and skills to manage residential construction projects from planning to completion. This qualification is a required component for obtaining a builder’s licence (Domestic Class) through Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS) in Tasmania.

CPC50220 – Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

The Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is a nationally recognised qualification that equips experienced professionals with the advanced skills needed to manage medium-rise residential and commercial construction projects. This qualification supports licensing requirements for Medium Rise Builder Licences under CBOS in Tasmania.

CPC60220 – Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)

The Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for experienced construction professionals aiming for senior management, business ownership, or large-scale project roles. This qualification supports career progression into senior construction management and can contribute to the licensing requirements for Open Class Builder Licences in Tasmania.
