Notice of Rules Change Submitted to Fair Work

Notice was submitted to the Fair Work Commission on (date) of the notice covering the alterations to MBT’s Rules approved by Members on 14 May 2021. The name of MBT did not change nor did the rule covering eligibility for membership but other rules changed to varying degrees – see the notice to FWC.
