Master Builders Tasmania is a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO) employing apprentices to provide career opportunities for aspiring tradespersons and to meet the current and future skills demand in the building industry.

We provide an effective partnership with your business making life easier for you.  We take care of the advertising, the recruitment, conduct preliminary interviews and the pre employment medicals.  You can say goodbye to all the paperwork, we look after all the necessary paperwork, government forms and training contract.

We supply ongoing mentoring and make sure your apprentice progresses through his training contract and performance manage if and when necessary.

You are not billed for off-site training, holiday and leave periods.

We take care of the wages, ensuring awards and entitlements are all correct and you receive one fortnightly invoice.
