Interested in a Career in Construction?
ConstructHER is a FREE pre-employment training program designed to support motivated Tasmanian women to become job-ready for the building and construction industry. Whether you’ve faced barriers to entering the industry or just haven’t had the opportunity yet, this program is your chance to gain real exposure and experience.
Over a fully integrated 4-week program, you’ll gain:
- Practical, hands-on trade skills
- Accredited training and essential certifications
- Valuable industry knowledge
- A supportive learning environment
We’re looking for women who are committed, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step toward a career in construction. Prior experience in the industry is not required.
